TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Shipping:

Ceramics Unlimited Inc. offers free freight on orders that qualify for motor freight. Other orders are shipped via FedEx. Smaller orders are shipped via Fedex and include inside delivery. Larger orders are shipped by motor freight and include free delivery to the tailgate of the truck. Orders over $1000 include free inside delivery. A customer may choose FedEx on large orders, but will be required to pay for the additional charges over motor freight.

Breakage:

Unfortunately, breakage is part of the ceramics business. We ask that you report all damages within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. No credit will be given for reports made after 5 days. If there is obvious breakage, please make note on your delivery slip.

Discrepancies:

Every order is double-checked for accuracy. Please check your order again the pick ticket and report any discrepancies to Ceramics Unlimited, Inc. within 5 days.

Returns:

Unauthorized returns are not accepted. Please contact us to get approval. All returned items subject to a 25% restocking charge. Broken cases and discontinued pieces cannot be returned.

Backorders:

Ceramics Unlimited does not send out backorders under most circumstances. If a backorder is shipped, freight will be added to the invoice.

Payment Terms:

Ceramics Unlimited Inc. accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards. COD orders are subject to additional charges.

Minimum Order Quantity:

Ceramics Unlimited Inc. minimum order is $100.00. A 25% freight charge will be added to any order between $100-$299 net. A 15% freight charge will be added to any order betweein $300-$499 net. Orders over $500 qualify for free freight within the continental United States.
